1) TRULY PERSONAL SERVICE:
When you call my office you will be talking to the broker of record, not a
sales agent or clerk or even a receptionist. I answer the phone and
respond to every e-mail myself. My hours are flexible and I have the
time to show properties and work on your deal.
2) THE REBATE!
When representing a buyer, not only are my services generally free of
charge I will rebate back to you a percentage of my commission based
upon how much money I can help you save on your purchase. The lower
the price you get, the more of my commission I keep thus there is never
a conflict of interest. When you save money I make money.
3) PERSPECTIVE:
People tell me I'm an interesting character (maybe I've got 'em fooled?)
Before becoming a professor I worked in Hollywood and I suppose most
of my students will tell you I never really left the entertainment biz but
rather just took my show on the road. I grew up in NYC and have lived in
Texas, Boston, Germany, and the Virgin Islands and it's all been valuable
experience. I don't look like a real estate broker, I don't sound like a real
estate broker, and I don't think like most real estate brokers. Hey,
house-shopping is supposed to be FUN-- I really enjoy it, and you should
too...
